Where We Deliver

Based in Llandudno, we deliver to an area approximately 20 miles from our shop across Conwy and Gwynedd, North Wales. Unfortunately, we are unable to cover areas beyond this and addresses outside of this will not be accepted on the checkout page. To find a local florist within your area we highly recommend using Direct 2 Florist. This cuts out the middle men on companies like Interflora or eflorist who take at large portion of your money in commission.

Delivery Time

Your flower delivery will be received between 9am – 6pm Monday to Saturday’s. Occasionally for special occasions we will open on Sunday’s (Mother’s Day, Valentines and Christmas). Our shop will be closed on UK Bank Holidays. However, a notification will be placed on the site informing you of special opening times.

We do offer an AM or PM delivery time slot but unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee specific timed deliveries due to possible weddings and funeral orders. However, we will listen to any requests you may have and will do everything within our power to fulfil them.

For same day delivery you must place your order on our website by 1pm to guarantee same day delivery. Even so we may still be able to help after this but you will need to call us on 01492 338182 to discuss.

Premium AM/PM Delivery

We now offer the option to specify AM or PM delivery time slots. Simply select the AM/PM Delivery tick box on the checkout page and then select either AM or PM in the drop-down box that appears. AM deliveries will be delivered between 9am – 12pm and PM deliveries between 1pm – 6pm. Any same day AM deliveries must be received before 9am otherwise we are unable to guarantee delivery within the time slot. An additional £3 charge exists for this service.

Nobody Home

If we are unable to get an answer when delivering your order our delivery driver may be able to leave your order in a safe place. Under those circumstances providing it’s not visible from the road and not exposed to weather conditions affecting the product or its packaging. However, if this is not possible, the delivery driver will attempt delivery to a neighbour. Lastly if this isn’t possible, a card will be posted through your letterbox with instructions on how to arrange re-delivery.

Funeral Orders

It is recommended that you place your order at least two working days prior to the required delivery date. We will deliver and funeral flowers Free of charge to anywhere within our delivery zones. In addition, to help things go as smoothly as possible we work closely with all the local funeral directors in the area and listed below are the addresses for the checkout page.

Hospital Delivery

Its recommend that you check with the hospital before placing your order as some hospital wards no longer allow flower deliveries. When placing your order please ensure you include the recipient’s surname and ward name on the delivery information. We recommend hand-tied bouquets or vase arrangements because vases not always available in hospitals. Unfortunately, hospitals cannot accept planted gifts, this is due to the soil content.

Hotels & Restaurants

We work closely with local hotels and Restaurants to ensure your flowers are ready and waiting for you in your hotel room when you arrive or as a surprise. Therefore, all we require is the Hotel/Restaurant name and postcode and we’ll take care of the rest.
